To request account deletion and removal of all associated data, email us at privacy@postmodern.you with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the App Store are managed by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the relevant app subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. For purchases made outside the App Store, contact us directly.
First, try restoring purchases within the app (usually found under Settings or Account in the app menu). If the issue persists, contact us with your Apple ID email and the date of the charge. For App Store billing disputes, you can also contact Apple Support directly at apple.com/support.
Try these steps in order: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check that you're running the latest version of the app β update via the App Store if needed. (4) Check your internet connection. If none of these help, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you signed up using Sign in with Apple or Google, your password is managed by those providers β use their respective account recovery flows.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any supported device and your data will sync automatically. App Store purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be used on all devices associated with that Apple ID at no extra cost.
